You’re familiar with the concept of literacy, of course…
the meaning of literacy
And if you’re reading this, it means you’re "English literate." But are you digitally literate? Productivity-literate? Emotionally literate? Health literate? Lifestyle literate?
If you aren’t literate in the areas of life that contribute directly to your productivity, fulfillment, vitality, ability to deal with your personal issues, etc., then even if you may be language literate, you aren’t vitally literate - fluent in matters of living.
By helping you become calm, centered, balanced on the inside, while productive, clear, organized, and efficient on the outside, you are able to be at your best while doing your best, no matter what you’re doing. This opens the door to greater accomplishment, confidence, fulfillment, and success.
